You Can Be a Healthier Version of You
Most of us want to live a joyful, healthy life. Through Anelise Antunes, the Capitol Hill Counseling and Resource Center will help you become healthier. As a Wholistic Health Coach, Anelise looks at the human body as the sum of many parts. Her job is to identify areas that are lacking attention and thus causing discomfort and often unhappiness. An unknown food allergy or spending too much time behind the computer can have a domino effect on your entire well-being.
By treating you as a whole person, nourishing your body with whole foods, removing toxins and addictive substances, even managing stress and getting you to reconnect spiritually – she can help you learn to take care of underlying causes of weight gain, fatigue and some diseases.
As a Wholistic Health Coach, she will assist you with:
- Overcoming emotional eating issues, saying goodbye to dieting behaviors for good;
- Removing unwanted dietary habits with helpful strategies;
- Creating sustainable, healthy habits and developing body confidence;
- Healthy eating plans, recipes shopping list;
- In-house food makeovers, fridge, pantry, workplace;
- Overcoming stress related management issues;
- Creating a fitness plan that you love doing it for a strong, healthier more energetic version of you;
- Overcoming addictive behavior (smoking, alcohol, eating)
- Develop strategies to help you sleep better;
- Lower the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
